I really wish I would have kept up with each doctor's appointment, but here are a few along with his stats:
Birth: 9lbs, 21.5 inches (8lbs 9oz when we took him home)
2 weeks: 9lbs 6oz, 21.5 inches
2 months: 12lbs 11oz, 24 inches
6 months: 17lbs 14oz, 28 inches long
1 year: 24.5lbs, 31 inches

I love the last 3 pics with Mac in the same position just progressively older. Amazing to see in photos how much a baby changes over the first year.
